I'm it.

Kate, my new blog friend, tagged me. I love to get tagged, because I enjoy both talking about myself and not having to write a real post.

(Much has been happening...my mind's all whirly...I'm having trouble focusing...and - as I've been saying QUITE often lately - more on this later.)

Here's the fun little tag game:

Five things (under $10) I can't live without:
1. Wild Oats spf 15 lip balm in mint

Five favorite movies:
1. Best in Show
2. Waiting for Guffman

1. Noodle
2. Little
3. Graupel (just met a golden puppy named Graupel - super cute)
4. Snoot
5. Seven (remember that Seinfeld episode?)

Five songs I could listen to over and over:
1. Hey Kind Friend by the Indigo Girls
2. Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley
3. Downpour by Brandi Carlile
4. Windfall by Son Volt
5. Terrapin Station by the Greatful Dead

Five things that stay in my totebag (edited from purse) at all times:
1. Brown clutch wallet

4. My new approach shoes
5. My perennial garden, which includes lavender and shasta daisies among other favorites.

I miss living near a Wild Oats/Whole Foods/Tj's sooo much!! I will have to live vicariously through you until we move in August;) Have you done much climbing in Colorado? I will to post some of our pictures from various climbs/hikes out that way.

Yes, Kate, in fact, 10 years ago I moved to Colorado to work as an intern for a climbing magazine. I really cut my teeth as a climber there; it's super special to me.

LOVE to see your pics!

I second Waiting For Guffman but I'm more excited about the existence of organic pop tarts. Really, my world if officially complete.

PS: Thanks for the on the left (giggling)

Love that you included Best in Show and Waiting for Guffman, but what about A Mighty Wind?!

Best line from Best in Show: "We both like soup." Haaaa! Love Jennifer Coolidge.

Oh my god, I know! Jennifer Coolidge is funny like no other. How about when she does her dog trainer's make-up? "I looked whorish."

I definitely liked "A Mighty Wind," but I SO loved the other two, I think I had unfair expectations of it....Although, now that I think about it....the colorology? Hilarious...

Yes for the Dead and Son Volt! Wilco too? And Uncle Tupelo, of course. Love No Depression.

Having spent 19 years in Kentucky I highly recommend a trip that way. I never climbed there - but the hiking was lovely as long as the humidity was in check.
